What we do
Five services, one crew
From an annual sweep to a full crown rebuild, the same technician scopes it and the same crew does it.
01
Chimney Sweep
The annual flue sweep that clears creosote before the burning season starts.

02
Chimney Cleaning
Firebox, smoke chamber and ash pit — the deeper clean a flue brush never reaches.

03
Chimney Inspection
Condition review by NFPA level, including the pre-sale inspection San Francisco’s real-estate market asks for.

04
Chimney Repair
Masonry, crown, mortar and liner — the highest-value service and the one fog and older masonry both drive.

05
Chimney Cap Installation
Caps and spark arrestors: the cheapest part that prevents the most expensive repair.

The fog-belt reality
What San Francisco’s fog does between visits
San Francisco’s western neighborhoods can carry measurable fog on well over half the days of a typical summer, and a chimney crown under that fog stays wet far longer than the city’s modest rainfall totals would ever suggest — sometimes with zero measurable rain in a given week at all. A crown crack that would sit relatively stable in a drier climate gets far more wet-hours per year to work with here.
The Bay Area Air Quality Management District can also call a mandatory ‘Spare the Air’ no-burn alert on any wood-burning fireplace across all nine Bay Area counties during a stagnant winter inversion — that restricts lighting a fire, not having the chimney serviced. A no-burn stretch is often a genuinely convenient time to get a sweep or repair scheduled, since the fireplace is already off-limits for its usual use either way.
A crown that sits under fog for months cracks faster than one that gets a real chance to dry.
We check the crown, the flashing and the mortar on every visit, not just the part that made the appointment.

Jennifer Garcia
Heavy Stage 3 creosote had built up within an inadequately sized flue pipe, but a vigilant technician cleaned it away, preventing catastrophic fire dangers.
Miguel Reynolds
Last winter we got a weird burning smell every time we used the fireplace. They cleaned a thick coating of soft creosote from the higher tiles and the stench is completely gone now.
Leonardo Madden
Most sweepers only glance up with a flashlight. This team established a thorough monitor and pointed out minor gaps in the mortar parging, and brushed the smoke chamber till it appeared brand new.
Rhiannon Wimer
Punctual, polite, and thoroughly professional. They treat your home with total respect and deliver world-class service every single time.

Questions
What people ask before calling
Do you publish a street address?
No — we are a service-area business with no public storefront, the same as our Google listing shows. Every job happens at the customer’s property, inside our twenty-mile radius from central San Francisco.
What are your hours?
We haven’t published a fixed schedule for this location yet — call {{business.phoneDisplay}} and we’ll tell you exactly when we can get to you.
Are your Google reviews real?
Yes — all 17 are visible on our Google Business Profile, unedited, with our replies where we left one. We link straight to the profile rather than a curated excerpt.
Do you work on gas fireplaces, not just wood?
Yes, though the venting and burner components on a gas system need a different check than a wood-burning flue — tell us which you have when you book.
What is included in a free estimate?
A look at what you have described, a straightforward scope if the job is simple, or a scheduled inspection first if it needs one — either way, no obligation to book anything on the spot.
Do you serve my city if it is not on the list?
If your address falls inside roughly twenty miles of central San Francisco, very likely yes — call and we will confirm before you book anything.
Tell us what changed
Tell us what the fireplace is doing that it did not do before, and we will tell you plainly what it needs.
Prefer to talk first? Call (628) 245-1261 — we’ll confirm when we can help.
